about my portrait and people photography

The portrait and people category is probably the hardest category for me. As you can see below I prefer random shots opposed to predetermined and posed photographs. Perhaps that will change in later 2010? I love the facial expressions when sanpping and I always expect sharp eyes and detailed faces. This is a category I would much love to improve upon and get more experience and develop myself in. Any models male and female willing to pose? For free?
